What each phase establishes

Phases group the steps that depend on the same information. Within a phase the order still applies.

Agency profile

Establish where the agency operates and how it is organised before any requirement is discussed.

  • Operating state

    Identify the state in which the agency delivers care so the applicable regulatory framework can be resolved.

  • Provider type and qualifying questions

    Record the agency type and answer the qualifying questions that follow from the selected state.

  • Agency Information

    Capture the agency name exactly as it should appear on your customized HCTP documents.

  • Agency Logo

    Choose how you want your agency identified on your customized documents.

Translate the agency profile into a training and compliance requirement, then select the package that satisfies it.

Questions customers ask first

The sequence is designed to be completed in one sitting, and nothing is submitted until you confirm it.

What does HCTP need from me?

Your operating state, your provider type, your agency details and your logo. The qualifying questions in step 2 help HCTP confirm which documents apply to your agency.

How long does it take?

The questions take a few minutes. Your package is then prepared for your agency and delivered when it is ready.

Can I change my details later?

Yes. Your state and provider type can be reviewed at any point before your order is submitted, and your details are carried forward as you move through the sequence.

What if my situation is unusual?

Some agency types need a closer look. Where that happens, HCTP reviews the information you provided and continues with you from there.
