HCTP documentation products are digital products sold as one-time purchases.
What is the HCTP refund policy for digital products?
Because HCTP products are digital and cannot be physically returned after delivery or access, purchases are generally non-refundable. This does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
What if my order is wrong?
If HCTP sends you the wrong product, incorrect files, or there is another HCTP fulfillment problem with your order, email us. We will review the order and correct an HCTP fulfillment error promptly.
